As the COVID-19 pandemic forced societies to close down, people were put in isolation and planned concerts and events were forced to cancel. Artists found themselves unemployed overnight. In addition, musicians could no longer offer audiences the possibility to enjoy music neither live nor through conventional media.

Oh My quickly established Karantänsessions (Quarantine sessions) hosted by former Alcazar singer and TV-personality Lina Hedlund. A platform where the Swedish popular music elite, such as Carola, Martin Stenmarck and Tommy Körberg, performed in a small setting. The live-streamed concerts reached hundreds of thousands viewers per session.

To this day, the concerts have more than 1.2 million views and the response from the online crowd has been overwhelmingly positive. We’ve received and experienced nothing but love these past weeks. A shared sense of brother- and sisterhood has evolved as we battle these challenging times together.
